- Ticket Office opens from Monday to Saturday from 10 am to 8 pm and every day of concerts from 6.30 pm on the Festival’s site.
- Phone booking from 1 pm using a credit card number (Tickets will be mailed to you, or at your disposal at the ticket office for pick up before the show).
- Mail-order (send checks payable to the SEMEC with a postmarked returned envelop addressed to you. We will send your tickets to you).

Since there are quotas on the online ticketing system,a sale can be stopped online but still on sale at the Ticket Office.

Others booking offices
- You can purchase tickets through the FNAC - DIGITICK - TICKETNET networks and in the VIRGIN MEGASTORE - E-LECLERC -CORA - CARREFOUR - AUCHAN - GEANT CASINO - CULTURA stores with ticketing services.
- Sales networks have limited quotas. Exhausted quotas will not necessarily mean that the show is sold out.
