This summer the Pantiero Festival celebrates its 10th anniversary and it’s still as young and fresh as ever!
It’s a simple formula; by serving as a talent scout and presenting talented, original and unusual artists to its audience, over the years, the Pantiero Festival has established itself as one of the major events in the summer calendar.
The 2011 event will continue to delight music lovers with a programme which is both relevant and tempting.
Lively shows by Suuns or A Place to Bury Strangers will combine with the more ethereal atmospheres of Trentemøller, Walls and Gold Panda, Paul Kalkbrenner will promote his highly anticipated new album with a new show, and the New York-based Blonde Redhead who nurture originality will encounter princes of electro such as Arnaud Rebotini or Nathan Fake; the experimental rock of Battles will reflect the scientific-musical Zombie Zombie, and finally rising stars such as La Femme - who is taking the music industry by storm - and even the Swedish The Field and his “monochrome” pieces will be discovered.
Come to the terrace of the Palais des Festivals in Cannes from 10th to 13th August for sixteen concerts in a truly unique atmosphere.
